KeyTime® is a small independent Swiss watch brand founded in Geneva. We design, manufacture, and assemble our watches with passion and high standards, with the aim of promoting a more committed and product-focused approach to Swiss Made.

Our watches are designed in Geneva and assembled in our own workshops. We also carry out certain key production steps in-house, including case manufacturing and dial printing. Our organization is built around two sites in Geneva, one dedicated to the production of certain components and the other to assembly, logistics, and shipping, while the remaining components are made in Switzerland by our partners.

Swiss Made is based on precise and demanding standards that are an integral part of Swiss watchmaking. At KeyTime®, we have chosen to go even further by having every component of the watch made in Switzerland. This approach extends all the way to the packaging, including our membrane box, produced in Switzerland by the company that developed it, as well as our sleeves, printed in Geneva by a local printer. For a brand of our size, this is a very concrete way of supporting a form of Swiss manufacturing that is coherent, local, and rooted in real know-how.

Our watches are designed for everyday wear and combine a solar movement, our own design language, and a construction developed specifically for KeyTime®. Beyond the technical side, we place great importance on creativity in order to offer Swiss watches with a strong identity and a genuine emotional dimension.

An important part of KeyTime®’s visual universe is developed with our partner illustrator, La Jonx. His perspective helps give certain watches their tone, character, and that freer, more expressive, and sometimes more playful dimension that is also part of the brand’s identity.

Our watches use a solar movement that converts light into energy to power the watch in everyday use. Under normal use, no battery replacement is generally expected for around ten years, although the movement manufacturer does not provide any formal minimum or maximum indication on this point.

The Core Capsule System is a design developed specifically for KeyTime® that combines a Nylon 12 case middle with an anodized aluminum inner capsule. This architecture is part of the brand’s technical identity and reflects our desire to develop solutions that are durable, useful, and aligned with our vision of the product.

Our watches are rated at 10 ATM. This level of water resistance is suitable for normal everyday use, but we still recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to water in order to preserve the watch over time.

We recommend removing the watch before showering or swimming. The strap is made of leather, and even a single exposure to water can be enough to damage it. Its rubber lining was designed to improve comfort against perspiration, but it does not make it suitable for immersion.

Yes, the strap can be replaced, and we also offer additional straps as an option on the Accessories page.

Orders are placed directly through our official website, www.keytime.ch, which is our exclusive sales channel, except for a few rare cases involving special editions offered with selected retailers. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a notification as soon as your watch is ready to ship.

Payments are secured via Stripe and can be made, depending on the options available, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, or Klarna.

Yes, we ship within Switzerland and internationally. Shipping is free within Switzerland. Depending on the destination, international orders are shipped on either a DDP or DAP basis. With DDP, the amounts applicable to shipping and importation are paid at checkout, and you have nothing to pay upon delivery. With DAP, shipping costs are paid at checkout, but import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may still be due upon arrival. The method applicable to your destination is indicated at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on the models and their availability. As a small brand with limited production, lead times may vary, but we keep you informed as soon as your order is ready to ship.

We do not apply a standard return policy, but each situation is reviewed individually with care and in accordance with the applicable law. Each KeyTime® watch is also covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and assembly defects.
