Terms and Conditions

1.1 KeyTime® watches are produced in small series, limited editions, or as unique pieces.

1.2 The descriptions and visuals on the website are as accurate as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the production process.

1.3 Products are available while production capacity lasts.

2.1 All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

2.2 Shipping is free for all orders shipped within Switzerland. For international deliveries, shipping costs are clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

2.3 For orders shipped outside Switzerland, the final amount payable is calculated at checkout via Stripe, taking into account the applicable local VAT and shipping costs. Any import duties and customs clearance charges are borne by SH3D Factory SA as part of a DDP delivery.

2.4 SH3D Factory SA reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

3.1 By confirming your order, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

3.2 A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason (e.g. payment issues, suspected fraud).

4.1 Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure online payment system.

4.2 Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, and Klarna (deferred payment, subject to approval by Klarna).

4.3 Your order will be processed once payment has been fully validated.

5.1 Deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge and handled by Swiss Post. In-person collection in Geneva may also be arranged upon request.

5.2 International deliveries are handled by FedEx. Depending on the destination, orders are shipped on either a DDP or DAP basis. For DDP shipments, the amounts applicable to shipping and importation are collected at checkout, so that no additional amount is due upon delivery. For DAP shipments, only shipping costs are collected at checkout, and any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges remain payable by the customer upon arrival. The applicable delivery method is indicated at checkout.

5.3 Shipping times may vary depending on product or series availability. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for shipment.

6.1 Due to the nature of our production, we do not apply a standard return policy.

6.2 If you encounter an issue, wish to make a specific request or, where provided by applicable law, exercise a right of withdrawal, please contact us. Each situation is reviewed individually, with care and common sense.

6.3 Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6.4 In certain cases, we may accommodate special requests for existing customers. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for further details.

6.5 Any accepted special request, as well as any product made to the customer’s specifications or personalized, may not be cancelled or returned, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

7.1 KeyTime® watches are covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and assembly defects.

7.2 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, impact, negligence, or any work or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties.

7.3 For any warranty claim, please contact us via the contact form available on the website. Each case is reviewed carefully in order to provide an appropriate solution.

8.1 We offer a repair service outside of warranty. A quote will always be provided before work is carried out.

8.2 Shipping costs related to repairs are at the customer’s expense.

9.1 SH3D Factory SA is responsible for the conformity of the products sold.

9.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

9.3 We are not liable for indirect damages.

10.1 All content on the website (texts, images, designs, models) is protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Reproduction, in full or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

11.1 Your personal data is used for order processing, delivery, after-sales service and, more generally, for the performance of the contractual relationship.

11.2 They are only shared with service providers necessary for processing the order and are not disclosed to third parties for any other purpose without your consent, unless required by law.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

12.2 Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of the contract shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the canton of Geneva, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
