Terms and Conditions – KeyTime® Watches

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the website www.keytime.ch, operated by SH3D Factory SA, a Swiss company registered under IDE CHE 150.176.015, with its registered office at Rue François-Dussaud 17, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland.

KeyTime® is a registered trademark of SH3D Factory SA.

By placing an order on the site, the customer (hereinafter "you" or "the Customer") fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products

1.1 KeyTime® watches are produced on demand, either in small series, limited editions, or as one-of-a-kind pieces.

1.2 The descriptions and visuals on the website are as accurate as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the production process.

1.3 Products are available while production capacity lasts.

2. Prices

2.1 All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.

2.2 Shipping is free for orders over CHF 100. For orders below that amount, delivery costs are clearly indicated before checkout.

2.3 SH3D Factory SA reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, without affecting confirmed orders.

3. Orders

3.1 By confirming your order, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

3.2 A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason (e.g. payment issues, suspected fraud).

4. Payment

4.1 Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure online payment system.

4.2 Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, and Klarna (deferred payment, subject to approval by Klarna).

4.3 Your order will be processed once payment has been fully validated.

5. Delivery

5.1 Orders are delivered within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

5.2 Optionally, deliveries within the canton of Geneva can be made using our Microlino vehicle.

5.3 Estimated delivery times may vary depending on availability. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for shipment.

6. Returns and Special Requests

6.1 Due to the nature of our production (small series, limited editions, unique pieces), we do not offer a standard return policy.

6.2 However, if you experience an issue or wish to request a return, we encourage you to contact us. Each case is reviewed individually, with care and common sense.

6.3 We do not offer customized products. All pieces are made according to the specifications listed on the website at the time of order.

7. Warranty

7.1 KeyTime® watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.

7.2 The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use or shocks
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized third parties

7.3 For warranty claims, please contact us via the form provided on the website.

8. After-Sales Service

8.1 We offer a repair service outside of warranty. A quote will always be provided before work is carried out.

8.2 Shipping costs related to repairs are at the customer's expense.

9. Liability

9.1 SH3D Factory SA is responsible for the conformity of the products sold.

9.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

9.3 We are not liable for indirect damages.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the website (texts, images, designs, models) is protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Reproduction, in full or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

11. Personal Data

11.1 Your personal data is used solely for processing your order.

11.2 We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

12. Applicable Law and Legal Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

12.2 With regard to legal forum, any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the canton of Geneva, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
