Who is behind KeyTime®?
KeyTime® is a Swiss watch brand founded by two friends with a shared passion for watchmaking. Their goal: to offer something different, with a thoughtful and locally rooted approach.
Where are your watches designed and assembled?
Each watch is designed and hand-assembled in Geneva, in a workshop located at one of the co-founders' home. This allows us to retain full independence over key stages of development, from modeling to final assembly.
Where are your watches made?
All components are manufactured in Switzerland, except for the strap (custom-made by a Swiss supplier and produced in their factory in Portugal) and the buckle (made in Germany).
What is the pricing for your watches?
Our watches are offered at three price levels, depending on the type of production and the quantity available:
What are the technical specifications?
What is the difference between Atelier and Icône?
Our watches are divided into two distinct universes:
Are the watches water-resistant?
Our watches are tested for water resistance up to 3 ATM, meaning they can withstand everyday splashes. However, they are not designed for swimming or diving, particularly due to the leather strap. We therefore recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water to preserve the watch’s appearance and durability.
Can the strap be submerged in water?
The strap does feature a rubber lining that protects it from perspiration, but its leather covering and saddle-style construction make it unsuitable for prolonged immersion. To preserve its appearance and durability, we recommend keeping it away from water.
Do you offer other strap colors?
Not at the moment. The strap was custom-designed for our cases, and offering additional variations would be too complex considering the diversity of dials. That said, our watches are compatible with standard 18 mm straps, so feel free to explore other options from specialized retailers or boutiques.
Can I use a different strap?
Yes. Our watches use a standard 18 mm lug width. Thanks to the quick-release spring bars, the strap can be easily changed without tools.
Are the dials hand-drawn?
Yes. Every dial is illustrated by a human artist. At a time when artificial intelligence is increasingly prevalent, we’ve chosen to highlight the human touch.
Do you offer custom watches?
No. For logistical and strategic reasons, we do not offer custom models. This allows us to ensure consistency across each series and focus on carefully curated collections.
How can I place an order?
Orders can only be placed through our official website. No other sales channel is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may use:

What shipping options do you offer?
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently only ship within Switzerland.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, depending on current order volume. We do everything we can to reduce waiting times without compromising quality.
What are the shipping fees?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders.
What is the warranty period?
All our watches are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return a watch?
Because our models are produced in small series, limited editions, or as unique pieces, returns are not offered by default. That said, every request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to get in touch if needed.
Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes. Repair services are available, even after the warranty period. A quote will always be provided before any intervention.
